Joules Media is a Netherlands based company with people and publishers as our customers. We mastermind calendar marketing concepts, build calendar applications from scratch and implement our calendar technology in combination with third party or client events.

Joules Media finds its origin in 2005 when founders Rutger Geelen, Wilfred Stegeman and Jeroen Houkes started with MarkThisDate.com. Season tickets for their favourite football club and the recurring adding of all matches in their electronic calendars brought them to the idea to start a calendar portal.

In 2009 SchedJoules followed. Schedjoules is the Event Distribution Platform for businesses and publishers with the desire to energize their events and in June 2009 MarketDrums launched as a service for private investors, investor relations employees, managers and professionals who want to receive real-time news and financial calendars of the listed companies they’re interested in.
